How alerts work

🔔 How does SentryDock decide what to alert me about?

SentryDock compares new source material with your instructions, filters duplicates and sends items that pass the monitor’s relevance checks.

📥 Where can I receive alerts?

Send alerts to enabled personal, team or webhook destinations, including email, SMS, Slack, Teams, Discord and Discourse.

🔇 How do I reduce noisy alerts?

Narrow the brief, remove broad sources, slow the schedule, and stop sending everything to SMS.

🔍 I expected an alert and did not get one. What now?

Confirm the item was found and relevant, then check the destination. Email support with the monitor name, time and original URL — never passwords.
