Sources

Public websites, RSS, Reddit, X, Telegram, Truth Social, local news and government pages you can attach to a monitor.

Attach sources you are allowed to watch. Public pages, feeds and supported social accounts work. Paywalls, logins and blocked automation do not.

A short list of outlets that actually break your topic is better than a long list of general news.

Web and official

Paste a public URL, confirm it opens without a login, and keep it only if it actually produces relevant items.

If a site publishes a public RSS or Atom feed, attach that feed. It is often more reliable than the homepage.

Local papers and regional sites are often where plant, mine and municipal stories appear first. Add the public section, not a national homepage.

Public ministry, regulator and court notice pages can be monitored. Login-only portals cannot.

Attach public X accounts or topics you care about. Private accounts and anything that requires your login will not work.

Public Telegram channels can be monitored. Private channels only if you are authorised to connect them.

Public subreddits can be monitored. Use a strict brief; Reddit is noisy and most posts should not become alerts.

Public Truth Social accounts can be monitored. SentryDock filters for your brief and delivers in minutes. It is not the licensed Truth API firehose.

Edit the monitor’s source list. Stay inside your plan cap. Remove sources that never earn their place.

Open the URL logged out. If it needs a login, moved, or blocks automation, replace or remove the source.
