The public prices as of this writing are $80 per month for Starter ($56 per month if you pay annually), $180 per month for Pro, and $350 per month for Ultra. All three include unlimited hourly and daily monitors, translation from 95+ languages, and delivery to the destinations your workspace has connected. Pro and Ultra also offer annual checkout — the pricing page and the payment screen are the live numbers. Annual is a prepaid year, not a fourth plan. Whether you keep access until the period end is on the invoice and portal, not on a custom promise in this article. Typical path: Sign in and open billing or plan settings. Open the customer portal. Choose a new plan, an interval change, or cancel. Read the confirmation: next charge date, or when access ends. If the portal is missing, email support@sentrydock.com from the account email. Do not send card numbers. After cancel Monitors stop being something you should rely on once access ends. Export anything you need before that date. Re-subscribing later does not require a new company, but you will set destinations again if they expired.
