SentryDock is an AI Analyst that monitors global sources in real time to surface timely, relevant intelligence. You may use the Services for both personal and commercial purposes, provided your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• No credits used: You must not have used any credits on your account.
• Within 14 days: Your refund request must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.

If you've already used credits, we can't offer a refund. Running AI analysis and monitoring costs us money, and our providers don't give us refunds for processing that's already happened.

By signing up, you agree to these refund terms.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You won't be charged again, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content or data you provide. SentryDock does not claim rights over your content and only uses it as necessary to operate the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Services—including code, design, and branding—are owned by SentryDock. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Services without written consent, except as explicitly allowed.

6. Content and Predictions Disclaimer

SentryDock is an AI Analyst that surfaces news and information using AI from publicly available sources and may provide AI-generated predictions, forecasts, or analytical insights ("Predictions"). We do not verify the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of this content or Predictions.

This includes damages resulting from:

• Decisions made based on AI-generated content or Predictions
• Financial losses, investment decisions, or trading activities
• Business decisions or strategic planning
• Reliance on any information provided by the AI Analyst
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies

You use the Services entirely at your own risk. SentryDock provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
