How does annual billing work?
Month-to-month Starter is $80. The published annual Starter rate is $56 per month, charged as a year. Pro and Ultra also offer annual checkout — the pricing page and the payment screen are the live numbers.
Annual is a prepaid year, not a fourth plan. You still get the same realtime caps and features as the monthly version of that tier.
Switching
Change plan or interval from billing settings or the customer portal the checkout uses. Timing of unused months and renewals follows the invoice you already have — read that invoice rather than assuming a custom proration.
Before you pick annual
- You are sure the realtime cap on that tier is enough.
- You have run at least one monitor you trust on monthly.
- Someone in the company can receive the renewal invoice.
