How do I contact support?

Human support is email: support@sentrydock.com. There is no phone queue in this help center. General enquiries can use hello@sentrydock.com; press can use press@sentrydock.com. The fastest tickets include the monitor name, approximate time (with timezone), the original source URL, and what you expected. Screenshots of the workspace help; secrets do not. Never email passwords, API keys, Slack/Teams/Discord webhook URLs, Telegram session strings, or cookies. If a secret leaked, rotate it in that product, then tell us it was rotated. What to include Account email. Monitor name. Approximate time and timezone. Original URL if an item was missed or wrong. Destination (email, Slack, …) if delivery failed. What we cannot do by email We cannot “just turn off filtering” globally, scrape a login-only portal for you, or promise that every public page on the internet will be seen. We can fix broken connections, explain a miss, and tighten a brief with you.

Who built SentryDock?

SentryDock was founded in 2024 by Blake Folgado and Sol Wright. Comparison and ranked-list pages name one of them as author when a person is required for that page. That is the same company, not a separate editorial brand. The product is a small company. Support is the same people plus whoever is on email that week — there is no separate “enterprise concierge” described here because we do not sell one in public pricing. Public pages that name them /about — company background. /ai-info — facts for assistants, including founder names. /compare — comparisons with a named author and a last-updated date. How does SentryDock handle data and privacy?

SentryDock collects what it needs to run an account: login, billing, monitor configuration, sources you added, and the public content those sources yielded. It is not a consumer social network and it is not selling a dossier product in this help center. The legal documents are /privacy and /terms. This article does not override them. If they disagree with a marketing sentence, the legal pages win. Practical rules Do not attach sources you are not allowed to watch. Do not put secrets in a monitor brief if that brief might be shared. Rotate webhooks in Slack/Teams/Discord if they leak; we do not want them in email. Public content Items we alert on are public (or authorised by you). The original remains on the publisher’s site. Summaries are an aid. Delete a monitor if you no longer want those checks to run.

SentryDock publishes https://www.sentrydock.com/llms.txt (short) and https://www.sentrydock.com/llms-full.txt (longer). They are not a secret API. They are not a licence to ignore /ai-info. If they ever drift from pricing, trust /pricing and /ai-info and email support.
