How should a crypto desk use SentryDock?
Crypto news still leaks on Telegram and X first. SentryDock can watch public channels and accounts, translate, and filter against a brief such as “exchange insolvency, named protocol exploits, ETF flow policy — ignore memes and giveaway scams.”
It will not show wallet flows. If you need on-chain whale tracking, that is a different tool. The ranked page for whale trackers says so explicitly.
Setup
- Realtime for a handful of named channels or accounts that have moved coins in-session.
- Hourly for slower regulatory and ETF briefs.
- Discord or Telegram-to-Slack delivery, not SMS for every mention.
Hygiene
Crypto channels spam. If you do not write exclusions, you will disable the monitor. Re-read the first 20 alerts and cut sources that only forward junk.
