SentryDock CLI for agent news and monitoring

Use the CLI when your agent can run shell commands or your pipeline needs JSON over standard output. The official downloadable package includes the sentrydock executable. It uses SENTRYDOCK_API_KEY from the environment; obtain a key in Settings → Agents.
MCP OAuth and CLI API-key access reach the same product account, but one does not automatically configure the other. A key needs to be available in the runtime that executes the command, including any container or scheduler.
The workflow
- Download and install the official package with the command below.
- Create a key in Settings → Agents and supply it through your runtime secret configuration as SENTRYDOCK_API_KEY.
- Run account overview and confirm the account and access.
- Run a news search, inspect its JSON and retain source links in the output.

The account overview is the first check. News search returns indexed items rather than a whole-web crawl. Use sentrydock --help and the subcommand help before supplying additional options. The CLI writes JSON to stdout and help to stderr.
Attach a signed callback
After reviewing an HTTPS callback destination you own, use delivery connect with platform webhook, the webhook URL and the monitor ID. Store the returned signing secret in the receiver environment; do not include it in a prompt or commit. Follow the signed-callback guide before using the receiver.
Troubleshooting a terminal runtime
- command not found: check that the pnpm global binary directory is in PATH, or configure your runtime executable path.
- Missing key: add SENTRYDOCK_API_KEY in this runtime; a key in a different terminal does not carry into a container.
- plan_required: open the returned pricing URL and choose the plan yourself.
- Invalid options: inspect help for the installed CLI version rather than guessing a flag.
