Post alerts to a Slack channel with an incoming webhook. In Slack, go to api.slack.com/apps and create an app (or open an existing one) in your workspace. Open Incoming Webhooks and toggle it on. Click "Add New Webhook to Workspace", choose the channel to post to, and Allow. Copy the webhook URL (it looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/...). In SentryDock, open Settings → Connections → Slack, paste the URL, enter the channel name, and Save.

Post alerts to a Teams channel with a Power Automate workflow. In your Teams channel, click ••• → Workflows. Select "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received". Sign in if prompted and select your channel. Name it "SentryDock Alerts" and create the flow. Copy the HTTP POST URL (it looks like https://prod-XX.region.logic.azure.com/workflows/...). In SentryDock, open Settings → Connections → Microsoft Teams, paste the URL, enter the channel name, and Save.

Post alerts to a Discord channel with a webhook. In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook. Choose the channel to post to, then click Copy Webhook URL. In SentryDock, open Settings → Connections → Discord, paste the URL, enter the channel name, and Save.

Share alerts to a Discourse forum with an API key. In your Discourse forum, go to Admin → API → New API Key. Create a key for the system user (or another user with posting rights) and copy it. In SentryDock, open Settings → Connections → Discourse and enter your Forum URL, API key, and username (e.g. system). Optionally set a Category ID. Save.

Connect X (Twitter)

Connect your X account to share alerts to your timeline. In SentryDock, open Settings → Connections → X. Click Connect and authorize SentryDock in the window that opens. Once connected, alerts can be shared to your X timeline.

Can I rewrite alerts in my voice?

Accepted Answer

SentryDock can rewrite every alert to match your voice before it is sent. In Settings → Connections, enable Broadcast Rewrite and write a short prompt describing the tone and what to emphasize — for example: factual, dry, market-aware, no hype. Choose which channels the rewrite applies to, and toggle it off any time.
