Block Inc (formerly Square) is a fintech conglomerate operating two major ecosystems: Square (merchant payment processing and business tools) and Cash App (consumer finance super-app). Cash App has grown into one of the most popular financial apps in the US with peer-to-peer payments, direct deposit, debit cards, stock and bitcoin trading, and tax filing.
